The information below relates to orders within New Zealand.

WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY

Your parcel is sent via fastway couriers, subject to payment confirmation and availability. Once your payment is confirmed we will send an e-mail letting you know that your order has been dispatched.
We suggest allowing 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your parcel to arrive. If your parcel does not arrive within this time frame please contact us as soon as possible.  As per our terms and condition's we will replace any lost or damaged goods, but will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Please allow additional time for your parcel to be delivered if requesting shipment to a PO Box. As Fastway do not make delivery to P O Boxes, your parcel will be sent via New Zealand Post/Courier Post.

AVAILABILITY

While we try to keep stock levels in our system as up to date as possible there may be occasions when the site allows orders of an item that is out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you and ask if you would like to receive an alternative product or a refund. Again we will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by an item being unavailable.

NZ FreIGHT Charges

Freight rates we charge depending on the total weight of the products ordered and the destination. You will also receive an estimate of shipping costs during checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CHRISTIE HONEY SHOP will accept returns in the following situations:

+damaged and defective product

Damaged or defective product must be reported to Christie's SHOP Limited. within seven working days of receipt of the items. If the damage/defect is deemed to have been caused by Christie's SHOP Limited or our carrier, we will either replace the damaged/defective item or provide a full refund of the purchase price. Christie's SHOP Limited will refund any reasonable cost incurred for the return of the damaged/defective items.

+Incorrect goods received

The receipt of incorrect products or short orders must be reported to Christie's SHOP Limited within seven working days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

+Return of erroneous or excessive orders

Authorisation from Christie's SHOP Limited is required before returning any goods ordered in excess to your requirements or that were ordered in error. Christie's SHOP Limited is under no obligation to grant any such authorisation.

Refunds will be paid within ten to fifteen working days of our receipt of returned goods.
